If not, no worries. We've got you covered. 

We will be your trainer, coach, nutritionist, and accountability coach. 

3 scheduled workouts per week & 2 surprise workouts to keep you on your toes! 

Burn fat & build lean muscle mass with the "My Sh!t Don't Fit" 6 week fitness challenge!

What do I have to do?

  • Complete 3 scheduled workouts each week

  • Complete 2 scheduled "surprise" workouts each week

  • Completed scheduled mindfulness/quiet time activities

Rules outside of the gym:

  • No sugar

  • No refined grains

  • No phone/social media in bed

What do I need?

  • health club membership

  • a smart phone
