Peanut Butter Protein Balls


  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1/3 cup of walnuts

  • 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup of soft pitted dates

  • chocolate for drizzle (optional)


  1. In a food processor, or high speed blender, add the oats, nuts, and protein, and blend until they are broken down.

  2. Add the peanut butter and dates, and process until a dough forms.

  3. Roll into balls and freeze.

  4. Optional--Melt chocolate in a double boiler and then drizzle over the top.

  5. Freeze again until the chocolate solidifies.

  6. Store in the fridge or freezer.

  7. ENJOY!!
