Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats


Ingredients:

⦁ ½ cup of old fashioned oats

⦁ ½ scoop Vanilla Pure Protein powder

⦁ ½ cup almond milk

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

⦁ ¼ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

⦁ ½ tablespoon chia seeds

⦁ 1 tablespoon honey

⦁ 2 teaspoon hemp seeds (optional)

⦁ 2 teaspoons pepitas (optional)



Instructions:

⦁ Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the hemp seeds and pepitas. Add the protein powder last.

⦁ Stir everything together, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight.

⦁ Take the mixture out of the fridge in the morning, stir, and top with hemp seeds and pepitas. Feel free to add a scoop of almond butter for added taste!
