CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

 

EVEREST

This class is not for beginners. This format is meant to push you PAST your limits! Every class is different. Every week will challenge new areas. Be ready to move, switch, rotate, climb, run and jump to a new level of fitness!

 

 

CARDIO FUSION

Jump into this 60 minute workout and be ready to switch between longer cardio blocks designed to kick start your heart rate and then bring the heat with heavier weighted strength sections. Core work is mixed in so you're guaranteed a full body blast!

 

 

HIIT TRAINING

(HIIT) high intensity interval training where you will be moving from powerful and explosive cardio, to calming the heart rate with heavy strength exercises.

 

 

RAISE THE BAR

The ultimate body workout - a strength-based session working all major muscle groups that will tighten and tone the entire body without bulking up. Activities can include use of barbells, free weights, calisthenic exercises, plyometrics, bodyweight moves, and resistance exercises.

 

 

SHRED

A high intensity circuit-type workout that involves challenging total body, compound exercises with very short recovery intervals designed to maximize calorie burn during the workout and after.

 
 
METABOLIC MIX

The best of both worlds - the benefits of kettlebell or TRX strength training infused with a good dose of cardio. Improve power in the upper body, core, and lower body. Increase coordination and joint mobility all while elevating your endurance with the addition of cardio to the workout.

 

 

GROUNDED

Join us for this 50 minute strength training class with ZERO cardio involved. Be ready for high reps and muscle burnout while one foot always stays "grounded". 

 

 

BOOTCAMP

Meet us on the Turf for this fully loaded workout that incorporates cardio, strength and core by using all of the latest training trends and a variety of equipment.
