How it works:
Once receiving an email invite to join the app, you should familiarize yourself with the features of the app. Your program will be loaded and ready to go on Monday, October 10th. You will have 6 weeks to complete all of the surprise workouts & assigned workouts.

Everyone who completes all of the scheduled workouts (5 per week) will be entered into the drawing at the end of the 6 weeks.
We will randomly draw a name for the $1,000 winner.
