1. 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2. 1/2 cup water
3. 1 scoop Vanilla Pro Whey protein powder
4. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
5. ½ medium frozen very ripe banana
6. 2 medium Dates (or prunes), pitted
7. ½ cup ice
8. Dash of cinnamon, optional
9. ½-inch ginger, peeled, optional
10. Top with chia seeds, optional
Directions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Makes a 16-ounce smoothie.
