Overnight Chia Oats with Yogurt
Overnight oats are a must if your mornings are busy. This recipe is next-level, thanks to yummy add-ins like chia seeds, yogurt, and goji berries.
3 tablespoons of oats
4 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
A drizzle of honey (optional)
A handful of goji berries, cranberries, or raisins
Place the oats, chia seeds, milk, and Greek yogurt into a jar and stir.
Place the lid on the jar and store it in the fridge overnight
Once it is ready to enjoy, add your toppings and eat!
