Overnight Chia Oats with Yogurt

Overnight oats are a must if your mornings are busy. This recipe is next-level, thanks to yummy add-ins like chia seeds, yogurt, and goji berries.


  • 3 tablespoons of oats

  • 4 tablespoons of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds


  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

  • A drizzle of honey (optional)

  • A handful of goji berries, cranberries, or raisins

  • 1/2 banana


  1. Place the oats, chia seeds, milk, and Greek yogurt into a jar and stir.

  2. Place the lid on the jar and store it in the fridge overnight

  3. Once it is ready to enjoy, add your toppings and eat!
